Justin's Pre-Order Policy

At Justin's Trains, we understand that purchasing items on pre-order can sometimes lead to changing preferences or unforeseen circumstances. That's why we've introduced "Justin's Pre-Order Policy" to give you peace of mind. When you place a pre-order with us, you secure your item without any immediate financial commitment. Athearn items require a 10% down payment for the Pre-Order. Once the pre-ordered item arrives at the distributor's warehouse, you will be notified, and the item will be reserved for you. If, for any reason, you decide that you no longer want the item, you have the option to decline the purchase at that time within a 7 day window. Under this guarantee, you are not obligated to complete the payment for the item if you change your mind within the time limit. You will also be billed when it arrives at the Distributors Warehouse. This approach allows you to reserve new and exciting products without the worry of being locked into a purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide you with the most accommodating shopping experience possible.
