Return and Cancellation Policy

At Justin's Trains, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return and cancellation policy for detailed information.

1. Return Policy for New Items

  • Eligibility: You may return any new item within 7 days of its delivery to the recipient's address.
  • Restocking Fee: All returns of new items are subject to a 7% fee
  • Condition: Returns are only accepted for items that are classified as "New" and are currently "In Stock." Pre-orders are under a different policy (until arrival).
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@justinstrains.com with your order details. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

2. Policy for Used Items

  • Final Sale: All used items are sold as-is and are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Listing Notice: This policy applies to all listings marked as used.

3. Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

  • Justin's Pre-Order Policy: If, upon the arrival of a Pre-Ordered item, you no longer wish to purchase it, you are under no obligation to complete the payment, unless after 7 business days. If you placed a down payment for a Pre-Order, that would be refunded to you. This policy allows you the flexibility to change your mind before final payment is made. 
  • Notification: Please inform us as soon as possible if you choose not to proceed with the purchase after the item arrives.
